Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance held in an account closed for providing false registration information will be forfeited.
Each person may hold only one Solat PKR account at any time. If you have previously held an account that was closed — whether voluntarily or by the platform — you may not open a new account without explicit written permission from the Solat PKR support team. Creating multiple accounts is considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with balances withheld.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were personally present. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Solat PKR support immediately.
Solat PKR may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any point — typically before processing a withdrawal above a set threshold, when suspicious activity is detected, or as part of a routine compliance check. Acceptable verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Delays in completing verification may affect withdrawal processing times.
Solat PKR supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance at any point.
Deposits are credited to your Solat PKR account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in your account at the time of deposit . If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
Solat PKR does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank directly for their applicable charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) are typically faster than bank transfers, which may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
A withdrawal request will not be processed until any active wagering requirements on your account have been fully met. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winings being forfeited before the withdrawal is released.
Solat PKR reserves the right to request verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players on Solat PKR. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet a total of 20 times across qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Solat PKR. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding. Solat PKR reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of odds errors, event cancellation, or suspicious betting patterns.
In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability at the time of placement. Connection delays between the live event and the platform mean that in-play odds reflect a slight lag behind real-time match events. Solat PKR reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
For cricket and other sporting events that are abandoned, suspended, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time orvers have been bowled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sporting event's official result or voided where no official result is declared.
Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting winnings per event and per day. These limits are visible in your account and the sports betting section rules.
